You’re very welcome, Nancy! I’m glad you enjoyed your massage and that it helped. Life gets so busy that our posture is the last thing on our minds. But, poor posture can contribute to pain in other areas as well as our backs, such as eye strain, headaches, shoulder pain, and carpal tunnel syndrome. Our Moms were right when they said to “…watch your posture!”. And keeping your muscles relaxed is a great way to make it easier and painfree!! Hope to see you soon.
