Energetic Vibrations and Crystal Therapy
Everything, and I mean absolutely every thing in our Universe is made up of energy. Physics and chemistry prove to us that all things are made up of molecules. Molecules are made up of atoms. Matter and energy are composed of atoms, and atoms vibrate internally as electrons oscillate around the nucleus. Even in seemingly solid things like, crystals, for example….atoms vibrate around, deviating from their equilibrium positions.
You, me, the cat, this rock, that distance star…are all forms of energy…… simply vibrating at different frequencies.
Rocks vibrate much slower and therefore appear to be solid due to their dense, slow vibration. Individuals and animals appear more “alive” given their faster vibrations. However, even individual people’s vibrational frequencies are different. Physically healthy people vibrate at a completely different rate than a person who is ill, or unhappy or stressed.
In an over-simplified explanation… if you change the vibration at which you are resonating, you can correct your health, release emotional or mental damage, awaken and develop yourself spiritually, or create lifestyle enhancements of your grandest desire.
You are what you vibrate. Emotions and Thoughts themselves are vibrational in nature, and are the power behind our manifestations. If you think (vibrate) “I am poor”, or “I am sick”, consistently and with enough emotion….that WILL be your reality because The Law of Vibration dictates this to be so.
Conversely, “I am rich”, or “I am healthy”, if consistently applied and believed, WILL be your truth. This vibrational law is an absolutely critical element in your ability to produce all that you want in your life.
In crystal healing, crystals are utilized as an alternative medicine tool. Crystals capitalize on the vibrational law and facilitate the manifestation process by channeling energy for very specific purposes.

Crystal Healing and Flow

Crystal Therapy: Comfort for Times of Change
With this recent new moon and solar eclipse of the century, we are acutely aware it is a transformational time. Releasing what we no longer need is the supposed objective, despite the fact, that, for some unhealthy reason(s), we long to cling to that which is familiar.
Generally, when confronted with change, we desire to recapture that warm and fuzzy feeling of security, calm, safety and consistency. If we don’t get it, we become aggravated uneasy, distressed, depressed, or otherwise inflict self-damage. Of course, we can always secure comfort through a variety of unhealthy vices which provide us short-term relief….but typically those options leave us (sooner or later) with undesirable consequences. Therefore, in lieu of acting in a detrimental manner, why not take the high road, and seek out healthy comfort instead?
Which leads us to what can we do to provide a healthy comfort for ourselves? Something that does not eventually come back to haunt us….. physically, mentally, emotionally. Something non-invasive, that is effective, viable, healthy, and an alternative course of action?
The answer lies within our own innate ability to alleviate our own discomfort. Perhaps all that we require is a simply tool to access our internal power. If that is the case, then one of the most successful, alternative, holistic tools to accomplish that is Crystals.
Crystals tap into just that innate ability. The crystal, Aventurine, is known as the “Comfort Stone“. It’s also referred to as the all-purpose healer…. it heals on all levels. It’s a particularly effective crystal for emotional healing. It helps to balance the emotions, and is one of the best stones to wear for this purpose.
Aventurine can also be used with stones which have a seemingly more harsh energy, like, Malachite. Malachite tends to bring emotional blockages to the surface, but not dissolve them. If Aventurine is used in conjunction with Malachite, emotional blockages can be more effectively released and dissolved.
Agate slice
Agates are also especially beneficial, as they are grounding stones and offer a very comforting energy. Agates help us to obtain a better physical and emotional balance. They work to raise consciousness and help build self-confidence.
